University of Science and Culture Signs Agreement with TAHSIL-YAR International Raya to Attract International Students
The University of Science and Culture (USC) has officially signed an agreement with TAHSIL-YAR International Raya to facilitate the recruitment of international students from Afghanistan, in full compliance with the laws and regulations of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
This strategic collaboration aims to expand USC’s international outreach and provide greater opportunities for students from Afghanistan to pursue higher education in Iran.
The memorandum of understanding was signed on Saturday, September 23, 2025, by Dr. Ali Saadollah, Director General of the Office of Scientific and International Cooperation at USC, and Ms. Fatemeh Karimi Cherzeh Khun, representative of TAHSIL-YAR International Raya.
USC continues to strengthen its global partnerships as part of its mission to promote academic excellence, cultural exchange, and international collaboration.
